1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kenya Integrated Agricultural Management Information System (KIAMIS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
KIAMIS is a national digital platform managed by the Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock Development (MoALD). It is designed to register farmers, manage agricultural data, and facilitate the delivery of subsidized inputs and other agricultural services.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration. Unauthorized use of account credentials or attempts to compromise the system's security are strictly prohibited.
4. Data Accuracy
While MoALD strives to ensure the accuracy of data on KIAMIS, the Ministry does not guarantee that all information is error-free. Data provided by farmers is subject to verification by relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software on KIAMIS are the property of the Government of Kenya and its partners, protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Ministry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its services.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
